Come One! Come ALL! To the Meadow Wood Carnival Friday, October 22nd 4-7pm.

It's happening! Our first school event with parents, kids, new families, future Mead Wood Families. All are welcome. If you haven't attended the carnival in the past, you will want to put the date on your calendar. It is fun for all ages of kids.

Important information

1) Online sales are live on MKT. Amounts 25, 40, 50, 75, 100 packs of tickets. All students will receive 5 free tickets, sent home in their folders the week of the carnival. Pre-Sales tickets will have the opportunity to get extra tickets for free. You will not have that opportunity past the pre-sales date. Ex: Purchase $50 in tickets, you get 5 free. All details will be on the website when purchasing.

2) In person tickets sales at Meadow Wood: Wednesday, 22nd 2:30-3:15pm (MWE); and Thursday, 23rd: 7:30-8:15am (MWE)

3) September 16th 4-6pm @ Heather Attaway's. We will be in her front yard selling tickets and collecting stuffed animals for prizes.

4) 1 Ticket = $1. The event is tickets only, NO CASH at the event. You can purchase additional tickets at the ticket booth if you run out. EX: Rock Wall $6 (tickets)/kid, Bunjee Run $3 (tickets)/kid, Face Painting $5 (tickets)/kid, popcorn $2 (Tickets)/kid, cotton candy $3 (tickets)/kid...….

5) BBQ Buddies are local MWE Families that volunteer late & long hours to cook a delicious meal for the carnival. 100% of the proceeds go to the school. This is BIG fundraiser! We will go live within 2-3 weeks for these meals. They are ready at MWE that afternoon, throughout the carnival.
